Dr. Brittany Marvel, DVM
Dr. Brittany Marvel is a licensed veterinarian serving the College Station community.
Dr. Marvel graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. She grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California for her bachelor’s degree. While at Pepperdine, she met her husband, Luke. Luke and Brittany have two beautiful girls. The Marvel's have 4 dogs: a snarky Beagle and 3 unruly Brittany Spaniels!
Professionally, Dr. Marvel has done it all! Right out of school, she worked at day practice in The Woodlands, Texas. This is where she learned she loves building a tight bond with her clients and their pets. She also gained an enormous amount of experience as the Medical Shelter Veterinarian for Montgomery County Animal Shelter. There she provided tender loving care to over 800 in- house animals and many foster animals. Treating minor illnesses with limited diagnostics and a fixed budget became second nature. She became certified in Veterinary Acupuncture during this time as well!
After working multiple vaccination clinics in the Houston area and seeing the growing need in College Station/Bryan, Dr. Marvel started her own Low Cost Vaccination clinics close to home. The clinics have flourished and Dr. Marvel truly enjoys providing reasonably priced routine health care for the community. She’s also spent time working as an emergency veterinarian. She's treated everything including major traumas that require surgery, snake bites, urinary tract obstructions, proptosed eyes… and the list goes on and on… Due to growing requests, Dr. Marvel started offering house calls to her clients in the BCS area. She loves being able to visit with a pet in their own environment (especially when they think she’s just a friend there to give them attention!) This also allows Dr. Marvel to create a closer bond with her clients that only a house call would allow. Dr. Marvel and her team look forward to meeting you and your best friend(s). We truly would love to partner with you for their healthcare needs (sick or healthy)!

Crystal has about 8 years of experience under her belt, including vet tech school. She attented an accredited veterinary technician school, graduated and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2015. She has worked for Chasing Tails since day one, she continues to love it and is happy to help your 4 legged kiddos! She does most of the practice manager side of things now, so you may not see her at your house call too often! She is married to her husband Will and together they have a sassy dachshund named Sue Ellen and a dog-like cat named Kairi.
Tina, Veterinary Technician
Tina is originally from Wisconsin where she first discovered her love of all animals big and small. Through her ownership of numerous cats and dogs, and even 2 prairie dogs, Tina knew from a young age that working with animals was her calling. Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, and her fur babies Baloo and Rascal. Tina also enjoys gardening and reading. Tina looks forward to meeting your fur babies and caring for them as if they were her own.
Sarah O., Veterinary Technician
Sarah joined the Chasing Tails team June 2019. She has been in the veterinary field for the last 11 years. Her first job was a kennel assistant at an animal hospital in East Texas. It was that job position that made her quickly realize that the vet field was her passion. She was promoted to an assistant position which influenced her to get her certification as a veterinary assistant, CVA. She couldn’t stop there though, she wanted to learn so much more, so she enrolled at Cedar Valley College to become a licensed veterinary technician, LVT. She graduated Tech school in May 2019 with her AAS and will be taking her licensing exams this summer 2019. When she's not on the clock, she can be found taking her kayak to the lake or working as a pet sitter for her personal pet sitting company, Love’em N Leave’em Pet Sitting. She is the proud mom to a sweet and spunky, lick-a-holic dog named Henry and two adorable, shy kitties named Charlie and Push Pop.
